Do your products contain preservatives?
When we say natural, we mean it. At Lotus Botanicals, no kind of preservatives are used at any life stage of the product, making them ideal for everyday use.
How are botanical products different from organic and herbal?
Botanicals refers to plant derivatives. This means that the ingredients in a ‘botanical’ skin care product are sourced from plants, usually from an optimum environment where the plants are able to thrive freely and without external chemicals or artificial additives.
While herbal ingredients can be derived from a plant, making it a botanical in origin, a herbal ingredient also suggests that it is therapeutic and it contains healing properties that are used for herbal medicine purposes.

Do I need to sign up to order?No, you don’t need to sign up to place an order. You can order as a guest by just providing your Email address and other shipping/ordering details. However, signing up or having an account has its benefits.

Can deliveries be made to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes, you can separate the billing address from the shipping address.
Can I leave items in my cart for future purchase?
Yes, you can leave items/products in your cart for future purchase. However, the pricing and the availability of the items/products may vary from time to time.
Shipping & Returns
What is your delivery time within India?
Parcels usually reach within 7-14 days of ordering. However, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Can my purchases be gift wrapped?
Yes. However, we have a standard way of wrapping gifts.
I want to return my order. What do I do?
Please note that as a policy, we don’t offer any returns or exchange. However, if the product you received is wrong, tampered or damaged, please write to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at care@lotusbotanicals.com. Please do send a picture of the products as attachment. Alternatively you can call us on 1800 1200 36231. Our customer service representative will guide you through the process and your item(s) will be replaced subsequently. Any complaint received beyond 7 working days shall not be entertained.
How long does refund take?
The refund usually takes 7-14 days.
