In an unlikely event of you not being entirely satisfied with our products, we would be happy to hear you. Please note that as a policy, we don’t offer any refunds. However, if the product you received is wrong, tampered or damaged, please write to us within 7 days of receiving your package at care@lotusbotanicals.com. We would mandatorily need unboxing video of the package along your email. Alternatively you can call us on 1800 1200 36231. Our customer service representative will guide you through the process and your item(s) will be replaced subsequently. Any complaint received beyond 7 working days shall not be entertained. Please note that returns shall be accepted only if less than 1/3rd of the product has been used and the packaging has not been tampered in any way. Return policy does not apply on free gifts and promotional items.
